Product Features:
- MILLING/ROUGHENING SYSTEM is
for straight square bookback and better binding and it is
easy to adjust the depth of milling/roughening.
- GLUER is equipped with two
faced rollers and heater spindle for even-gluing, and with
glue cutting units.
- BOOK COVER FEEDER is bottom
feeding type, and each cover is automatically supplied.
- NIPPER COOLING SYSTEM keeps
in cool nipping table for solid of glue.
- HOTMELT SIDE GLUER glues in
both side of book-back.(option)
- COUNTER STACKER Books are
stacked with fit thickness to trim by stand conveyor system,
and number of stack-books are easily adjusted.(option)
- BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM in-line
automatic procuction system without any workers from binder
to trimmer.(option)
